IMAP client (himalaya, imaplib) hangs reading mail on one large mailbox while others work

Fix

Large, old mailboxes (10+ years, big attachments, damaged messages) make naive clients fetch or parse too much at once. Don't list or fetch the whole folder: 1. Search first, then fetch in small UID batches: UID SEARCH SINCE 01-Oct-2026 (or UNSEEN), then UID FETCH in chunks of 50. 2. Fetch headers or BODY.PEEK[HEADER] first; download full bodies only for the messages you need, and skip large attachments. 3. Set a socket timeout (imaplib.IMAP4_SSL(host, timeout=30)) so one bad message can't hang the agent. 4. If one message always hangs, note its UID and skip it.
