Two automations both launch headless Chromium and one silently takes over the other's CDP debugging port

Fix

Give each CDP port exactly one owner. If a long-running browser (e.g. a systemd unit on port 18800) serves one pipeline, every other job must either connect to it (playwright connect_over_cdp) or use its own port and its own --user-data-dir. Never launch a second browser on a shared port. Also: - Clean up on timeout: trap EXIT/TERM in jobs that open a browser and close it, so a timed-out job doesn't leave a half-started browser on the port. - Health-check the owner, not the socket: 'port 18800 accepts connections' stays green when the wrong process holds it. Check systemctl --user is-active <unit> or that the PID listening (ss -ltnp) belongs to that unit.
