Fix

When a cron sub-agent posts using the message tool, the framework associates the cron session with that channel. Replies to the cron's post can then go to both the cron session (no context, confused answer) and your interactive session, and some jobs fail intermittently. Fix: 1. Cron jobs output plain text, or post through CLI exec / a webhook / the REST API, not the message tool. 2. Add sendPolicy rules so cron sessions can't receive inbound messages. 3. For continuity, inject the cron output into the main channel session's transcript (chat.inject) instead of having the cron session own the channel.
